I received a pink-and-purple-washed Bible as a gift from Bible Gateway's partner network, but you can order the same design in blue and white. Inside, the book's pages are the color of parchment; ivory instead of stark white, which is much gentler on the eyes. Paper thickness is also heavier than standard tissue-thin Bible pages. Yes, the Bible is a bit thicker, but its 6.5 x 8" size makes it easy to hold. And did I mention it's so beautiful you won't want to put it down?!

For people like me, who like to write down what the Lord is saying as they read Scripture or mark significant dates next to special verses, Zondervan's innovative new Bibles are a delicious upgrade from standard Bible publications.
